Order Processing
All orders for shipping are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not offer personalized or custom‑made items, so processing times remain consistent year‑round. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You can choose free in‑store pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions. Please bring your confirmation email when you arrive.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Angelus Store is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier. While we cannot control carrier delays, we will always support you throughout the process.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non‑delivery or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
